Buttery Lunch Menu

Chickpea and Coriander Soup

Grab and Go

Sausage baguette
Grain mustard and honey,
 toasted sesame seeds and rocket

Pulled Pork Roll
Spicy pulled pork on a toasted bun

From the Grill
Sous vide lamb steak
With lamb and rosemary jus

From the Sea
Beer battered fillet of haddock

From the Garden
Roasted pepper and goat’s cheese polenta
Basil pesto

From the Patisserie
St Clements sponge
Orange custard 

No evening buttery due to the Foundress' Feast in Hall

    Foundress's Feast was a triumph. Menu was very imaginative and all beautifully prepared. Organisation and serving inobtrusive and slick. Wines delicious and carefully chosen.
    What a pity I have to wait another 8 years....
