Buttery Menu Tuesday 19th July

Tonight the Buttery will be open at the earlier times of 17.30 to 18.30. Students will be asked to vacate the Marquee at 18.30pm as we need to set-up for a large dinner.

Chicken breast and leg in red wine
Pan-fried Salmon
With a sorrel cream sauce
Spinach and Goat’s Cheese Lasagne

With almonds and red peppers
Cauliflower and Date Tagine

Confit of Duck with Flageolet Beans
