Garnished with Prosciutto and Parmesan

Tuesday 26th July

Chilled Salad of Haricots Verts and Heirloom Tomatoes
Basil vinaigrette, Niçoise olives, hard boiled eggs and anchovies

(V) As above, without anchovies
Poached Salmon with Mussels
White wine, saffron, courgettes and tomatoes garnished with sliced new potatoes and saffron aioli
(V) Olive Polenta with Vegetable Gratin and Salsa Verde
Dolcelatta cheese, fennel and pine nuts
Chocolate Terrine with Custard Sauce and Pistachios

Smoked Salmon with Frisée Salad

Goat cheese and toasted walnuts
London Broil sous vide
Wild mushrooms with peas and onion confit, rosemary roasted potatoes and red wine jus
(V) Wild Mushroom, Asparagus, pea and Parmesan Risotto
Garnished with wild mushroom fritters and Parmesan crisps
Caramelised Lemon Tart
With fresh raspberries, mint and raspberry sauce
