Sea bass, lamb and chocolate Financiers. These were served at the Undergrad Matriculation Dinner on the 4th of October.
Cod, Halloumi kebab, and a trio of lemon. These were served at last Friday's Formal Hall.
In addition to our Sous Chef Sebastian, we have toasted bruchette with Gorganzola, chicken with peperonata, and pistachio and dried apricot tart with pistachio ice cream. These were served at Saturday's Formal Hall.
