Slow-braised brisket with BBQ sauce
 Lettuce, tomato and crispy onion rings
 On a poppy seed roll

Fresh mussels cooked in white wine
 Garlic and shallots served with garlic bread and a seaside chip fork

Duck Confit
With haricot beans, sausage and pancetta
Served with red wine jus

Zesty Haddock
With crushed potatoes and peas
Finished with balsamic dressing

From the Garden
Penne pasta
Roasted cherry tomatoes, goat’s cheese, olives
Garnished with watercress leaves
