2 frankfurter sausages, dipped in our homemade cornmeal batter and served on a stick

From the Grill
Roast Shoulder of Lamb
Rosemary pudding
Mint jus

From the Sea
Baked Pangasius
With new potato, red pepper and olives salad

From the Garden
Quorn, aubergine and black bean
Stir fry
