A Wedding in College

On Saturday, we hosted a wedding breakfast for an alumnus who matriculated in 1971. The couple were married in the chapel at 2pm, and dined in the Old Library later in the afternoon.
The meal began with:
Asparagus soup garnished with truffle cream
This was followed by:
Breast of guinea fowl with a cranberry farce, rosemary potatoes and fine beans
To finish the meal we served:
Vanilla Panna Cotta with raspberries
