John Dory with Verjus
 Fillet of beef, celeriac puree, dauphinoise potatoes, baby carrots and swiss chard
 citrus semifreddo with lemon verbena ice cream, blood orange and crisp tuille
 baked Camembert with sage, Proscuitto and fresh fig
