Matthew Wren Society Lunch Saturday 15th October

The Matthew Wren Society Lunch


All Members who inform the College that they have included Pembroke as a beneficiary in their Will become members of the Matthew Wren Society. Established in 1997, it gives the College the opportunity to thank legacy pledgers for their generosity, during their lifetime. An annual society lunch is held in October and Members are most welcome to bring a guest with them.


The Menu

Smoked Salmon, Basil and Mozzarella Terrine
Pink peppercorn dressing and micro-herb salad
(V) Sweet Potato and Celery Terrine
Dill cream cheese and tomato jam

Glazed baby onions, salsify, minted peas, pommes de terre puree and Madeira jus
(V) Chickpea Pancakes with warm Caponata
Marmara tapenade, orange-thyme and saffron dressing

Pistachio ice cream, chocolate-raspberry and brandy sauce
