  1. I'm not a vegetarian but the vegetarian option at both lunch and dinner looked so good I just couldn't resist :)
    Neither were a disappointment, especially the roasted vegetable/feta pitta. Can we have that again please?!
    I am continually astounded by the fabulous food here at Pembroke and would like to thank you for all your hard work and imagination, particularly in providing such top notch vegetarian meals which in so many places are just tagged on as an afterthought.
