Question: What is the connection between last night's Formal Hall and the Spanish Flag?
Answer: Very little, although last night's amuse bouche of peach and raspberry had very similar colours!
The rest of last night's dinner was very 'Old School', from a chef's point-of-view; fig and Mozzarella salad followed by roast sirloin of beef and chocolate brownie. A nice menu, but not very ground breaking! Tonight's menu promises to be a little more unusual........watch this space.
